Rock Concrete was in to complete their final task - waterproofing. The steps involve applying a bitumen layer, setting the weeping tile around the base of the footing, then installing the plastic waterproof membrane around the perimeter, followed by a good layer of at least 12" of gravel to allow for adequate drainage without dirt filtering down to block the weeping tile.
